Which personal data we process on keera.ch and in Keera Gateway, what for, and who receives it.

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who is responsible

The controller is bespinian GmbH, Sonnenweg 9, 3073 Gümligen, Switzerland. For any question about your data, write to info@bespinian.io.

We sell no personal data.

When you visit this website

keera.ch is hosted on GitHub Pages. When a page is requested, GitHub processes technical data such as the IP address, time, page and browser to deliver and protect it. Fonts and images come from keera.ch itself.

Two scripts come from third parties. The Google Ads tag measures our advertising: it sets a cookie and sends Google the IP address, the page and, if you arrived through an ad, its click ID; when you send the form, it reports that as a conversion. Google may process this data in the USA, among other places. Simple Analytics counts visits, without a cookie and without personal data.

Contact form and e-mail

What you write in the form - name, e-mail, company, interest, message and the page's language - reaches us by e-mail through Formspree. We use it only to answer you and to send you a quote.

We keep it while your request is open or while a business relationship comes of it. The same goes for e-mails to us.

In Keera Gateway

For your account, we receive your name and e-mail address from the service you sign in with. A cookie keeps you signed in. For each request, we store who sent it to which model and when, how many tokens it used, what it cost and what the gateway decided - in your organisation's log, which its administrators see.

We do not store prompts or answers. We forward them to the model provider your organisation chose. The shared instance runs at Nine in Switzerland. Your organisation is the controller of the data in its requests; we process it on its behalf.

Payment

You pay for credit through PostFinance Checkout. You enter your card details on PostFinance's payment page; we never see them. We receive the transaction, the amount and, if you save the card, a token we can charge it with again.

We keep payments and invoices for ten years, because Swiss law requires it for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing and receive it in a common format. Write to info@bespinian.io.

If the way we process data changes, we update this page. The version here is the one that applies.
